I’m looking for rent house in Battambang. I want to make a small business like coffee shop. I need a one-bedroom, one-bathroom wooden house with Khmer-style kitchen, air conditioning and hot water (pictured) goes for around $250, while a Khmer-style shophouse. May you please I recommend me one? Thanks

I am looking for a cheap room to stay a couple months in.

30/$40 is my budget. I dont need furnished.

As long as it is a roof over the head. I am fine with it. I am not picky with living conditions,
Except i cant do sharing. I need a room to myself.

Looking for a nice one- or two-bedroom apt or house to rent long term (end of Nov. 2019 – beginning of May 2020); dates can be adjusted a little on each end.
Needs to be furnished and would prefer kitchen or kitchenette. I will have a Moto, so does not need to be close to city center, but would be OK too.
