Sihanoukville has a large Chinese expat population. It’s very different than when you were last there, I’d imagine. Definitely visit before selling your house in the US.

All too often the stories of success in ex-pat Cambodia fail to mention the property portfolio, trust fund or inheritance which allowed for risk-taking that most people don’t have the benefit of.
