Can anyone tell where to get textured vegetable protein, seitan, seitan flour or other vegan/vegetarian “meat” for home cooking? All I know is lucky does sell occasionally some sort of tinned vegetarian meat but it is very expensive.

Also, I want to make my own bread but I haven’t been able to locate whole meal flour or even “strong” (high gluten) flour. The closest thing I have found (from Lucky) is Chinese general purpose wheat flour – am suspicious of anything Chinese, especially white powders – or tiny packs of pizza flour at ridiculous cost.

If your seeking Vegan food down south i would always suggest The Chai Tent in M’pai bay, Koh Rong Samloem.
They are a dedicated vegan only restaurant and even have a vegan tattoo studio on the second level.
