In reply to Daeng. I'm sorry, I don't know and they aren't answering their phone. Did the restaurant still look operational or was the place empty? I'd be very surprised if they didn't put up a sign once they moved. I won't be back in Phnom Penh for another 10 days so can't check until then.

In reply to Luke. We just got back from the restaurant and really enjoyed the beef noodle soup and pickled cucumbers. They will be leaving tomorrow, 2/2/16, back to Taiwan to celebrate Chinese New Year and back a week later. Definitely best noodle soup we had in Cambodia.
