I had a wonderful evening on a riverboat in Kampot with the full moon reflected on the water and the lights of the other boats shining in the night at dusk as the fireflies came out. Magic Water Festival. Very auspicious beginning for a stay in Cambodia!

Should be called Sino Sewer Festival. All the countries up stream are known to dump untreated sewage into the Mekong. Have fun in their poop..!! Enjoy the brown fish while you are there !! Woopee!!
