If you are looking to spend less than $10, I would recommend just having a Khmer dinner. Check out 54 Langeach Sros, you can have a feast for that amount. For dinner, $35/pax and $38/pax for glass of sparkling wine.
For take home party set, they offer

1. Traditional set (8 to 12pax) – turkey, honey baked ham, 5 side dishes, apple pie or Christmas log cake.
2. Big party set (15 – 20pax) – Large turkey, large honey baked ham, 5 side dishes, apple pic or Christmas log cake.
