In reply to william levings. I don't know enough about the housing market in Bangkok to answer that, but from what little I know I would say that yes, Phnom Penh is more expensive.

I can rent a one room, airconditioned, furnished (with TV) studio apartment in Bangkok for $200.month.

The prices above imply that Phenom Phen is more expensive than BKK. Is that correct?
