Yes, this is not an official service offered, although it is regularly offered, and it should cost $2, and can probably be negotiated to $2. That said I have not crossed the land border lately and do not know if the price has been impacted by inflation.

You just have to do a minimal amount of planning ahead. We got our Cambodia visas in Bangkok ahead of time so it wasn’t an issue at all for us.

Every where in trat, koh Chang and that area has the same price for transfer, unfortunally, they dont advertice with compagny that will have the trip. So we only know the little stand we bought it from.
