Time for some updates. We went to #5 102 Street to buy seats PP-SR at Elephant Express. On this adress there was now a travel agency called Best world Travel & Tours operating saying Elephant Express had gone bankrupt. Anyway they had great service, thoroughly looked into our requests and sold us seats in a mini-van for 9 bucks/person.

In reply to bernatd. I'm not certain, but I am sure that would be no problem. I've never left bags with EE, but usually the bus companies don't mind holding onto bags for a few hours for no charge.

Hi Lina,
great information, really helpful…just need some confirmation, if we booked directly EE to go from PP to SR for 15.00pm departure, and we still have a couple hours to look around the city, is it possible to leave our bags in EE office before the departure time ? If it’s possible, is it for free or is there any charge ?

In reply to Satja. Yes, they drop-off at the EE office near the riverside in Phnom Penh. Just the other day I went to buy a bus ticket that I know cost $4.50 at a travel agent in Siem Reap and they tried to charge me $10. Standard practice, but very annoying! Glad you got your ticket. :)
