Thank you, Ola! I just called them and they said they would be operating again in three months, but that’s probably not true. I will update the site. Thank you for your report.

We went to #5 102 Street to buy seats PP-SR at Elephant Express. On this adress there was now a travel agency called Best world Travel & Tours operating saying Elephant Express had gone bankrupt. Anyway they had great service, thoroughly looked into our requests and sold us seats in a mini-van for 9 bucks/person.

I’m not certain, but I am sure that would be no problem. I’ve never left bags with EE, but usually the bus companies don’t mind holding onto bags for a few hours for no charge.

great information, really helpful…just need some confirmation, if we booked directly EE to go from PP to SR for 15.00pm departure, and we still have a couple hours to look around the city, is it possible to leave our bags in EE office before the departure time ? If it’s possible, is it for free or is there any charge ?
thank you

Yes, they drop-off at the EE office near the riverside in Phnom Penh. Just the other day I went to buy a bus ticket that I know cost $4.50 at a travel agent in Siem Reap and they tried to charge me $10. Standard practice, but very annoying! Glad you got your ticket. :)
