Kat Koepnick floated Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» in 2015 at the start of an odyssey that has yet to end. Ten months and nine countries turned into more than two years, the majority spent in Cambodia. Kat lives in Kampot where she works as a freelance writer, poet, and taco-making extraordinaire. Previous adventures include work as a sandwich artist, a physician’s scribe, a medical malpractice paralegal, a shoveler of horse shit (unrelated to the previous), and the breakfast queen on a Cambodian island that may actually have been Wonderland. She now spends most of her time seeking a balance between eating and not eating while trying to appease her feline overlord, Valerie.
